Check out the following group:

alt.binaries.warez.pocketpc.movies

There are a lot of TV shows posted there -- new and classic -- as well
as some movies here and there. No Daily Show, but you could get a TV
card and record it yourself.

Many of the videos at the above mentioned group are .avi files, but
ipod specific formats are now being discussed there. Regardless, with
enough interest you will learn to convert the files for yourself (ask
for help there if needed).
