I've done this using Uleads DVD Workshop 2. Simply use a PAL DVD template
even though the source files are NTSC - and the result is a PAL DVD. Problem
is though - unless you have a PAL DVD player - you can't check it! But my
clients tell me they look great. Transcoding (within DVD Workshop) takes a
while however.
