I'd have to disagree on that. Pinnacle's software may be buggy, painful
to use and crash my PC a lot, but I've always found their US online
support staff fast and helpful... at least with things they can
resolve, rather than the numerous random crashes for no apparent
reason.
Not that I'd ever buy another Pinnacle product myself unless angels
flew down from heaven to sing the praises of their new release...
