The main reason I have always had good results with every Pinnacle product
I have installed from Studio to Studio 9, not yet gone to 10 is I think a
simple matter of building a system from the bottom up with one purpose in
mind. When the system is tweaked and running stable it never snaggs until
another application is installed. Then you have to watch what you introduce
to that system. If Studio is installed with a buggy system to begin with
then it is most likely doomed. By buggy I mean if there is only ONE
application that is not running 100% and MOST everyone has that application
installed and left alone for that reason, then there will be problems. Most
systems are loaded down with junk to begin with when they get it. The ones
that cry the loudest are usually the ones that know the least about how to
debug a system which is the case with most Pinnacle whiners. The people that
don't have the problems couldn't care less about the simple minded that
bitch all the time but do get a bit tired of an NG that could be helping
each other debug instead of acting like critics with nothing to add but
complains. Playing with their PLONKERS all the time.
