I am a video producer and editor and I love Adobe products for the
last three years I have used them. I originally got my first version
of Premiere (6.5 ) in a bundle with a firewire card along with
Audition 1.0 and Encore 1.0 and got a great deal on them. I didn't
need to pay individual top dollar prices since I wanted to use all
three apps anyway. I have since upgraded to P. Pro 1.5 and Encore
1.5 and the integration between them is great .
Photoshop which I also want to use is very expensive to purchase on
its own however, and since I don't like having illegitimite software
on my computers, I actally registered for some educational classes I
wanted to take anyway figuing the savings from buying the educational
version of CS2 would be a reasonable option for me. I am pretty well
locked into Adobe apps now, but I like their usability and don't mind
paying for ugrades as they come.
