We use a Sony Tele Converter on our PD 100. There is a noticable drop in
the quality of the image and it has a fairly narrow depth of field.
The worst thing is major vignetting when pulling out to a wide shot, you
pretty much lose half your range.
I have been told the Century Lenses are somewhat better but I've never
used them myself.
