Depends on where you are, who the operator is, and whether or not
you also need the appropriate camera.

Figure about $1,200-$1,500/day for everything - professional. Plus
transportation, if needed.

Depends on the rig. The simplest would be all locked off. Better
systems will have lens remotes for the jib operator, and CCU for
the control room.
