the upcoming release of Peter Jacksons King Kong production diaries
on DVD.
For those who havent been checking KongIsKing.net regularly, King
Kong director Peter Jackson has been running regular video updates on
the filming of his upcoming mega-monkey monster movie. Each diary
takes viewers into a different aspect of filming, from interviews with
the cast, to tours around the set, to shots of Peter Jackson sleeping
on his office couch.
On December 13, MCA Home Video will be releasing all the video diaries
in a big, limited edition, two-disc collectors set. The DVDs will

MCA has released the first artwork for the DVD set, in the form of an

because they almost always turn out to be -- or to be indistinguishable from
-- self-righteous sixteen-year-olds possessing infinite amounts of free time."
