Go back to the previous post and read the answer again.

Windows media player = WMP.

The answer given to the previous post asked if hardware acceleration
was turned off and suggested turning ON the hardware acceleration etc
so that the video card assisted in the display of the video rather than
have the CPU do it all.

At least thats the way I read it.
