Great details about the output format, etc.

But "jpg" isn't gonna cut it as a description of the visual
content you have to work with. Significantly more/better
detail is required.

If by "jpg" you mean a series of JPEG still images,
you need a video editing software like Adobe Premiere
or Final Cut or Vegas, etc. And you will need a BetaSP
machine to record the program on.
