If it's a typical gig, and the camaera is near the front (speakers),
my experience** is the camera mic will be overloaded. by the PA.
Maybe a second recording source near the back to capture the
'ambience' ?

** Only amateur on a handheld, mono DV cam, but I can't see a pro cam
doing that much better when blasted with a 2K PA rig ;-))
