I can change the size of the captured frames and also the size of the
output frames. I tried changing to 640x480 but it does not seem to
re-scale the output, it just re-frames the output so that it fits,
throwing away pixels that don't fit. One thing I realized just now
that I didn't try is to do the capture at 720x480 and output in
640x480 to try to force it to scale the image. Is that what you were
suggesting? If so, pardon my slow-on-the-uptake-ness, I only get to
work on this around midnight when the brain is not working too well.
