can handle something like 12 inputs, it can also switch straight DV as
well as analog, in pretty much any combination. Add into consideration
all the other "plusses" you get, like paint, CG, DVE, DDR
playback/records. streaming, etc. and you'd be miles and dollars ahead
with the VT4. Swallow your pride, sell the Sony while there might still
be a buyer for it, and go with the toaster instead, is my suggestion.
