How you do this depends on if the image files are encapsulated in
another file or not. You need to examine the contents of the disc on
your computer and see if there are a bunch of image files on it or not.
If there are, they would most likely be jpegs (with a jpg extension) and
you can just copy them to your hard disk.
Otherwise, you have to playback the disc on the computer and capture the
images during playback. Most players have a frame capture function that
you can just click on and it will save an image to the hard disk of what
is currently being displayed
