Hi all,
I recently bought a "shop-soiled" Samsung VP-D73i camcorder. The dealer (in
Gran Canaria, Spain) will not support the product now they have got my
money, and they have even discontinued the model. Samsung cannot answer my
questions, just pass me from one phone/e-mail account to another.

I want to get hold of the items I am missing:
- USB download software "Photo Suite II se" and drivers CD
- Remote controller.
Anyone able to help me?

I can use the camcorder to capture via FireWire to Adobe Premiere 6.5, but I
have no other control over the camera. Since I want to film myself
(educational films) I need the USB and remote control.
