Ulead's Movie Factory and VideoReDo (http://www.videoredo.com) will
both read the DVD_RTAV files and convert them to mpg. Movie Factory
will create a normal DVD from the mpg files. VideoReDo is very quick,
but you still need Movie Factory, Nero, etc to produce a DVD.
