The US has over 1000 different TV stations all broadcasting digital TV
today, with well over 90% of the households in the country served by at
least 5 different OTA digital signals. Many of those signals are HD.

There isn't another country in the world that comes close to as much OTA
digital TV, and the difference is even worse when you compare HDTV
availability OTA.
