CDRWs are NOT for burning iso files. Use a regular CD-R. Here is a free
burning software that is excellent:

With a regular CD-R in the burner, go to File and look for some like "burn
from a cd image" and click on it. Then you browse to the iso file and open
it and start the burning process.
You can also use something like winrar and extract the iso file and burn the
extracted files. Both of these methods work fine.
