I've used Nero to burn a bootable ISO onto a CD-RW (not sure if it was
CD- or CD+ to be honest though but I don't think it would've mattered)
The CD had had other things on it before (because I erased it before
burning the ISO image) and it worked straight away without any problems
at all.
Done it a couple of times actually - never had a problem
