My burning program (Nero) offers two methods of burning onto a CD/DVD:

track-at-once
disc-at-once

Which one should I take?

Does it matter for an ISO image (which should always be burning as No-Multisession)?

What are the differences for an ISO image?

What are the differences for other (non-music) content?

How about the "Finalize" option. Should the CD/DVD be finalized when burning an ISO image onto a
non-Multisession medium?
