A feature of the Canopus-100 analog-DV capture system I used is perfect
preservation of video/audio synchronization. No problem ... and it removes
copy-protection too. But until Nero came along I had horrendous software
problems ... to the point that I gave up on the computer
Never had any audio/video synch problems in hundreds of hours of standalone
DVD recorder transfer.IMHO you MUST get one with a big HDD. Even then you
have limited editing potential though. Denzil
