..mov is a apple movie file, not a still image file (jpg, gif are the most
common image file types). It usualy plays in apple movie player on a
computer. Onece a movie is made of photos to play in a slideshow type
arrangement, it is re-rendered as a movie file. The only way I am aware of
to copy images in a movie is to play the movie, pause it and hit "print
screen", which will capture the image to the clipboard. Then open a photo
editing program, such as picture publisher (which I use) and (in my case
under "Edit') select "paste as new image" and it will paste the image in the
program as a photo. It may then be necessary to crop the unwanted screen
portion out , and save it as a jpg file. Now you can do whatever you want
with it.

However, you can only do one at a time, since each time the print screen is
used, it overwrites the previous image.

A little work, but it works. There may be other ways, but this one always
works.
