Their customer support (in Canada) is awful. They only have customer
service people with the most basic of knowledge and never anwser their
e-mails.
I had a technical question and had to get a number of a tech to tell
me more details.
If this is the way they treat customers I will not hesitate not to buy
their products in the future though they are pretty good products
despite this.
