In Decrypter, when using IFO mode, under stream processing, the video stream
is always identified as NTSC or PAL. In File mode, right click on any ifo
and choose video information, or any vob and choose stream processing.
I guess I mispoke because I cant find that info in Shrink.
I've never needed to find that info personally. I always know if a DVD I
have is NTSC or PAL, its on every case, and usually on the hub of the disk.
There are almost no PAL disks in R1, and there are not that many NTSC disks
in R2, so thats the first hint...
Smart Ripper will tell you..
VOBrator
There are tons of tools that identify it, besides just using the common
sense ones of looking at the case or hub of the disk....
