Hello,
I have the following problem with my DVD-Recorder LG DR4912S:
1)
I can't play some DVDs that I burned with that recorder.
It only appears a menu (without preview pictures, which
appears with my functioning DVD menue);
if I click on a menu point, the recorder tries to
play the sequence but it appears only a black picture and
the time display on the recorder don't go forward.
Is there a possibility to play the DVDs anyhow?
Are there newer recorders from LG which are more error
tolerantly, so that they could play the DVDs?
Has someone experience with this?
2)
The DVDs which the recorder was able to play I wanted to copy
on the hard disk of my PC.
But all my DVD drives can't read the DVDs which the recorder
LG DR4912S burned.
If I click in the explorer on the DVD drive letter the message
"Please insert data medium" occurs but the DVD IS inserted.
I tested all my DVD drives but even the LG GSA-4040B drive
can't read the DVDs from the LG DR4912S recorder.
Knows anybody, if there is a newer DVD drive which can read
the DVDs burned with the LG-DR4912S recorder?
