I'm running Pinnacle version 8 with blue box interface; Pentium
4, 1.5 Ghz processor; hard drive is Western Digital 120 GB.

When I go to capture video from VHS format, as soon as you hit
the capture button, you get a message saying the transfer rate of
the hard drive is not fast enough.

If there is a better place to post this question, please let me
know. Any feedback will be very much appreciated.
