This is not the place to ask a question that is as specific as that.
You are likely to get a long-winded discussion that has little to do
with solving your immediate problem.
The best thing to do is contact Pinnacle tech support, on the phone if
possible. They can walk you thru the details of a complex problem like
this.
But first make sure your disk has enough spare capacity and make sure
it is defragged. A nearly-full fragmented disk will perform poorly
especially if an application has taken what little space is left for
swap files (caches).
