The nature of beta test requires getting new software to test. All
companies who have beta test sites give that software to their testers
free and reward productive testers with a lifetime license for the
software.

But you do not know that because you have never been a beta test site.

The reason these files are not working for Bob is because MF4 has
serious bugs. Those files work in every hardware and software player I
have tried them on. Those files were processed by VideoReDo before
submitting them to MF4. They are totally DVD compliant according to
the specifications embedded in VRD. The files are not the problem.

And neither is the operator Bob the problem. I have used MF4 to
convert files successfully in too many instances to be guilty of
operator error.

Anyway, I haven't exactly fallen off the back of a computer truck - I
have 45 years experience in computers, including hardware design,
software design, primarily with embedded systems and especially in
computer video. I was one of the first users of the TARGA card. Do you
even know what that is?

I am not slamming - I am exposing bugs. That is critical work and may
come off like slamming to someone like you who does not want to accept
the fact that you spent good money on an application that has serious
bugs.

Then you are not using Twp Pass. I am. It's part of MF4. It's there
for a reason. Without it, MF4 buggers the audio sync and chops up the
clip. There are major skips. I have test clip to prove it, but I have
not discussed that bug because the Two Pass bug is more important.
