 When I try to run MF4 without conversion (Two Pass off) it butchers
 the clips. For example, I have clips I ran thru VRD which MF4 screws
 up the audio sync and causes dropouts and frame freezes. This is
 presumably when it is not converting the clips other than to add text
 using "Enhanced Video Text".

 I suppose if I did not add Text it might work as you describe. But
 then what use is it if I cannot edit the menus?

 The fact of reality is that there are serious bugs in MF4. Ulead needs
 to fix them. If they had taken me up on my offer to become a beta test
 site instead of ignoring me, then they would have fixed these bugs by
 now, assuming they know what they are doing.
