Apologies for the crossposts. I'm new in this forum area and not sure
where the expertise resides:

I am running Studio Plus 9.4.3 under WinXP Home Edition Ver 2002 SP2.

As system administrator, Studio recognizes our NEC DVD burner under
Make Movie-> Disc -> Media and device options.

However, my other Users do not see the burner.

When they select Make Move --> Disk, the Status window shows "To create
and burn a disc, click..."

When that user selects Settings, the Media and device options window
says that a Disc writer device is not dound. At the same time, the
Status window changes to "Top create disc content but not actually
burn..."

This is an problem that has cropped up in the last several months.
Prior to that, the other users were able to "see" the dvd burner and
render and burn their projects to discs.

Any ideas how to let Studio recognize the burner for the rest of my
family?
