hey bob,

i wanted a good branded dvd player which would even play
the most compressed of dvd movies..like i have several 5 in 1 dvds, ie
5 movies in 1 dvd. it always play on the dvd drive of my comp but it
doesnt read on my dvd player.it either says disc error or no disc or
gets stuck in between.

i went to the dealer to ask about the latest pioneer model..they said
the dv-383 the latest one and its the best among all others. it is also
divx ,dvd+/-rw compatible among the other normal features of a dvd
player...just wanna know if such dvd players(which is divx enabled) can
also play WMV formats, ie, the microsoft windows media formats. and
also if i burn the movies as data dvds, will it play that as well? u
understood what i meant, right? using nero, if i add the
mpeg,avi,divx,wmv movies and burn it as a "data dvd", will that play
all the mpeg,divx, avi, wmv, movies?

also, could u suggest the best dvd player for playing such movies, esp
the
compressed ones and all such formats,even wmv, drawing from your own
experience and knowledge.?
