Seperate the audio and video into its parts, m2v and whatever audio you want
to use. I use DVD Decrypter, you should use whatever ripper you are
familiar with. Do this for each piece you want for your compilation. Then
re-author them into a new DVD compilation using whatever DVD authoring
software you have...I have yet to see an authoring package that did not
accept elemental streams like m2v, etc....you really dont want to convert
VOB's to avi for editing, then back to mpeg2 for using in a VOB...
