 The builtin XP CD burning driver is done by Roxio.  But XP can't burn
 DVDs.  I use Nero 6 for burning backups to DVD, software CDs, and the
 occasional ISO.  In a word it's funktional.  I mostly use it because
 it came free with my LiteOn DVD burner.  The only other program I've
 tried is DVD PowerBurner:
