 I *never* watch a movie twice, and I don't share them. The only reason I
 copy them is to watch them later and to keep the exchange going. It's
 convenient to have two or three saved in case I have some free time on
 my hands.
 
 Moreover, just because there is no due date does not mean that my DVD
 burner shouldn't work.
 
 The disks are Memorex crap, but I just did a test on a Verbatim (mcc
 003) DVD+R and got a quality rating of 45, not that I know what that
 means. The scan was fine, but the errors (PI and ??) seemed high. What
 are they supposed to be?
 
 Can things REALLY be this bad?
