I'm not quite sure what you mean but - together with low level specs
(i.e. lead-in, main data and lead-out) - the following three documents
answer all of my questions:
Volume and File Structure
http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ECMA-ST/ECMA-167.pdf
Volume and File Structure of CDROM
http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ecma-st/ECMA-119.pdf
DVD Read-Only Disk - File System Specifications
http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ecma-tr/TR-071.pdf
Besides, I seem to remember reading somewhere (over these last few
days) that DVD consortium (or some other such "official" body) doesn't
even recognize multisession recording!? Is that right?
Therefore, it would appear that, whatever they provide for $15,000 is
of limited use and much of it certainly available elsewhere for free.
At least everything in the context of my original question.
Don.
