Thanks. AussieBob.

The Sigmatek sounds like it could be the one that I was researching. I
will look back into it and try to determine whether it is available in a
North American model.

A couple of other responders mentioned the Lasonic, but I believe that
the Lasonic is a Player and not a recorder.
