Thanks everyone - I'll follow up with some further investigation. I use
my DVD recorder and t.v. as an alarm clock and therefore set a regular
record time - without the PDC on - for 8.00 am. Over the last week the
timer setting has not been activated because of the machine
automatically getting the date wrong. Sad case I know!! CJB.
