Win98 is subject to the 4Gb limit because it uses the FAT file structure. If
you want to work with video you should really consider updgrading.

Compressing to 95% shouldn't affect the quality very much. I use shrink to
avoid buying expensive dual layer DVDs & fit their contents onto a single
layer DVD, requiring compression around 60%. You still don't see much
difference when you watch the DVDs on TV.
