To add further insult to injury...for the last 3 days I have called the
Cyberhome TF number and I have YET to speak with a human or get any
information that is correct. I have taken to dialing the TF number and
just hanging around on hold for an hour or so...and I hope they're
getting hit for at least a quarter a minute.
