Thanks for the info Biz, I will be following the steps you outlined in the
near future.
As for sync issues, as I stated in my initial post, at the beginning of my
DVD project, I notice no sync problems (when first viewed from my newly
burned DVD). However as my project continues, I very slowly and gradually
start noticing a sync issue. By the end of my DVD, the sync issue is quite
noticeable. My preview via my software prior to burning, netted zero sync
problems. Also, watching my source VHS tapes both prior to transfer to my
PC and directly following the transfer to me PC, nets zero sync issues.
Only after my burning process do I notice any sync issues. Does this info
alter your answer any?
Is the separation of audio/video streams (muxing/demuxing) a function of
authoring software or does this process require separate software or
equipment?
