Can anyone tell me please if it is possible to compile .mpg files to a video
DVD without recoding the files, ie, is it possible simply to rename them, or
is there a free/cheap program out there that can do the job?

(I have Nero 7 but it always wants to recode the files which takes quite a
long time>)

Any advice greatly appreciated.
