You can import the VOBs into DVD Shrink and then tell it to export
them but not to split them up into 1 GB pieces. Do one title at a time
that way and you will consolidate multiple VOBs into one big VOB. Be
sure to turn compression off.
You can reimport the single VOB into Shrink and do some minor clipping
or you can use VideoReDo. By consolidating VRD will import the entire
title in one project.
