Let me know, as I am looking for one to:

1. convert VHS to DVD
2. record tv to DVD
3. be compatible with my DVR
4. play DVDs well
5. make DVDS that will play in most players.
6. built to last

I don't mind spending $1000 if it fits the above criteria.
