The dvd red-pro device for 69.00 removes all macrovision. and its always
being updated for newer dvd recorders and mac signals being developed.
you can only buy this little marvel from a company in Asia called Dimax.
its a nice group of guys running this company. they don't make you buy a
new dvd red-pro when you need the updated model. all you have to do is
mail the one you have back to the company. and they will send you the
updated model version. this device is
small and light. so it doesn't cost much to mail it. looks like a
ladybug the way its shaped. i checked ebay. this doesn't appear to be
there. but its better to buy it directly from Dimax because you really
won't know which version your getting otherwise. the older and newer
ones look the same. the only difference is the programming inside the
unit. im not sure how the guys at Dimax don't get their older and newer
dvd red-pro devices mixed up. my only guess is they make sure they
update them all.
