Is this true of all (or at least more than one) movies, or have you only
tested it on a single movie? If the latter, then it's possible that the
disk is defective and you should test some others. If it has happened with
more than one movie, then I suggest that you return the player and exchange
it for another (or requst a refund). That is an unacceptable defect.
