I have a DVD that I created that is in PAL format 2:35 aspect. The
picture looks excellent on my computer running the VIDEO_TS files with
PowerDVD. I burn the DVD to disk and play in my JVC stand alone
player. Picture is exellent as well except I get a light band at the
top and bottom of the movie right at the edge of the black borders
(watching on a 4:3 TV). It basically looks like somone put a white
strip on the top and bottom centimeter of the picture and make it 80%
transparent. Anyone know what's going on here? I do not have another
DVD Player to try this on so not sure if the player is the issue or
what's going on.
