I was given a $100 gift card to Best Buy. I went and bought a Sony
Handycam Digital Video Camera recorder.It is model number DCR-DVD92. I
thought it was time to upgrade from my VHS videocamera I loved to use.
Im still new to the DVD system having a DVD player that I use
sporadically.
The owners manual to my new DVD camera has terms I never heard of. It
talks about finalizing and formatting. It talks about other types of
camera with different features. I think this finalizing means I can
record on the same disc over and over. And formatting means I can delete
a movie but why cant they just say delete? I would like to do the
special effects I used to do with my vhs camera. But I dont thnk I can.
Anybody ever own one of these cameras? Will I have fun like I did with
my vhs? I hope so? Thanks, Bob
