If you dont have the 5.1 discrete inputs on your setup, your best option for
playing back hi-res titles is to use the stereo analog outputs and listen to
the 2-channels mixes. You cannot listen to the hi-res surround sound
through the optical or coaxial digital outputs on that model without the 5.1
analog hookup. Only much more expensive models that support iLink, or
DenonLink3, or HDMI 1.2 or higher can transmit the audio over a digital
connection...
