I'm asking because lots of people have indicated that certain brands
have worked well for the first two or three hundred discs and then they
fail. I burned an inordinate amount of movies when I first got my
burner, but have now settled in to about four or five per week.

I should have mentioned that I'm referring to stand-alone burners.
