Does anyone have an ideal on how to reflash a Go Video 6640.
When I applied the latest update it went through the process as described on
the website but now the unit is pretty much dead.
I used the proper file and am certain that I applied it correctly.
Now after the HELLO screen it says ERROR, and if you try to open the tray it
says OPEN and then ERROR.
Go Video customer support says sorry.
